Eric Lupo is the Founder and President of TileSetters of Raleigh. With over 40 years of experience in both commercial and residential construction, he brings professional expertise to every TileSetters of Raleigh project, and he takes pride in a job well done. Eric founded TileSetters of Raleigh in 1995, and has built it into the successful company it is today by ensuring his contracts are fulfilled in a timely and precise manner. Eric works hard to maintain TileSetters’ reputation as among the best in the Research Triangle Park area and beyond. He remains involved in day-to-day business operations such as project estimation and management, and sustains positive working relationships with the general contractors, architects and vendors with whom he does business.
Dan Sullivan has worked in the construction industry for ten years since graduating from North Carolina State University. He joined the TileSetters team as a Field Superintendent in 2006, and is now a Senior Project Manager. Dan works closely with general contractors and architects to ensure TileSetters projects run smoothly from beginning to end, and that any problems are quickly addressed. Dan is OSHA Certified, and works to ensure TileSetters operations meet and maintain safety standards set forth by the US Department of Labor.
Mike Howard brings over 30 years of experience in the commercial tile and stone business. He has successfully estimated and managed countless projects on both the East and the West Coast. His dedication to the commercial construction industry has placed him in leadership roles in many of the industry associations including Carolinas AGC, ABC of the Carolinas, Construction Specifications Institute, and Construction Professionals Network. He is a native of North Carolina and a graduate of NC State University.
Steven Fisher joined TileSetters’s Estimating Department in 2013 from a custom stone shop where he was a Project Manager and Draftsman. Steven brings his skills as a draftsman to prepare accurate contract estimates according to architect specifications. He plans, organizes, and directs all aspects of contract estimation, and plays a role in managing TileSetters’s projects so they are completed efficiently and within budget.
Joey Carroll joined the TileSetters team as an Estimator in 2014. He has worked in the tile industry for over 30 years, during which time he gained experience in all aspects of the trade including installation, project management, estimation, and even business ownership. Joey ran his own subcontracting business from 1999-2011, and has a vast knowledge of the industry. He grew up on a tobacco farm in Johnston County, North Carolina, and there he learned the value of teamwork and dedication. He now brings these values to TileSetters of Raleigh, where he is involved in contract estimation and project management.
Lucy is our Field Superintendent. She comes to TileSetters of Raleigh with years of expertise in the flooring business. Her proficiency is in managing multiple projects and delivering exceptional results while meeting critical deadlines. She is OSHA Certified.
Anita Starnes has over 20 years of experience in the accounting field, and has worked for public, private, and non-profit organizations. She joined the TileSetters team as Office Manager in 2007, and oversees all financial and human resource operations.
Julie joined Tilesetters of Raleigh in 2015. She is our Front Desk Receptionist and Accounting Administrative Assistant. Julie’s responsibilities include answering phones, greeting our customers, assisting Controller with payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and all aspects of the day to day operation of the office.
Irene joined TileSetters in 2015. She has worked in the construction field for fifteen years. Irene performs administrative tasks for the Estimators and Project Managers. She reviews plans for potential bids, handles pre-qualifications, submittals, and assisting other departments as needed.
